After taking this program, you’ll have a better understanding of everything you physically, mentally and emotionally experience during your own postpartum, and a peer support group to help you through every step so that you can navigate the way you’re feeling (whether it’s day 1 or year 1).
Think of it as a virtual postpartum doula if you don’t have access to one in person or an assistant to the postpartum doula physically present in your life.

Support & Resources: Every section of the program includes resources, tips, recommendations and great reads.
Physical: The changes and reactions to expect in your body, your body’s healing process, body image, diastasis recti, safe exercises, and nutrition are all covered.
Mental/Emotional: Postpartum anxiety, baby blues, postpartum depression, Other postpartum moods are addressed
Sex & Relationships: We delve into mom guilt, wife guilt, dad guilt, trauma, survivor guilt, rainbow guilt, friend loss, communication in relationships
Students are sent weekly emails with the topic & content for the week, but you’ll have 24/7 access to this content and any transcripts (as well as any program updates) via your student dashboard so that you can go through at your own pace and return to key sections with your partner or other family members when needed.
This is the perfect opportunity to gather information and resources with your partner and other family members so that you can have a clear plan and clear communication about the postpartum period.
We’ve had some really amazing birth workers and parents contribute their time and information for this program: Including a few motherhood meditations from Expectful, expertise from Suzanne of Bao Bei Maternity as a PT and Pilates Instructor, and Catherine from Happy With Baby talks about her work as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, as well as her work with families battling postpartum mood and anxiety disorders.
Besides being a 24/7 safe space for community, the dedicated support group will host bi-weekly LIVE check-ins/support chats and monthly Q&As with experts and other peers who have experience in one of our core topics. We welcome video posts and heart-felt venting for support, as well as coordinating in-person meetups with nearby program members. This is your space to ask questions if you’re expecting or are a new or new again parent.
